As the Office Admin Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of our office. This pivotal role involves maintaining efficient office procedures, coordinating office activities, managing staff, and ensuring a conducive work environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations.
Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Manage office budgets and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
Handle office correspondence and communication.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory.
